5 sales reporting screens every morning help the sales leader immediately know the situation: how much pipeline there is, which deals are about to close, which new leads have not been contacted, who is selling well/slowly, and how sales compare to the target. No need for dozens of charts — these 5 screens are enough to make a decision in 10 minutes. Zenify credits quick responses with a 21% increase in conversion rate (approved).
TL;DR
- 5 screens are enough for a 10 minute morning decision.
- Pipeline, deal about to close, lead not yet contacted, by person, compare target.
- Look at the data instead of asking each person verbally.
- Correct screen = correct action during the day.
- Avoid reporting "too many numbers" that are difficult to act on.
5 screens to watch every morning
1. Pipeline today
Total pipeline value + number of open deals.
Quick look: how much potential this week (see Sales Pipeline).
2. Deal sắp chốt
Deal is in the final stage (quotation, negotiation).
Which deals need to be pushed, which deals are at risk of failing?
Action: call for support and resolve problems immediately.
3. New lead has not been contacted
Any leads come in but no one has called/messaged them yet.
Leads that wait too long are cold leads — priority should be given to contact within 24 hours (see Lead management).
4. Số liệu theo từng người
Each sale: number of new deals, number of closings, conversion rate.
Who is overtaking, who is falling behind — for timely coaching (not for punishment).
5. Sales compared to target
How much has been sold compared to the monthly/quarterly target.
Completion rate over time — still on time or late.
How "bad" the screen is
Too many numbers: dozens of indicators every morning → don't know what to do.
Late data: reported last week → not processed in time.
Nice but virtual index: deal "built" to make the pipeline look beautiful, not real (see CRM Mistakes).
Don't follow people: knows the company but doesn't know who is stuck.
Build reports from CRM
Select the 5 screens above as default — don't rush to build more yourself.
Ensure complete data: Sales must enter the deal and update the period regularly.
Automatic morning report: send summary via email/Zalo — don't open CRM to check each one.
Short 10-minute meeting based on numbers: deals need to be pushed, leads need to be contacted, who needs support.
Adjust screen as needed: add/remove according to actual problem.
Common reporting errors
Report for "nice": many charts but no action.
Not timely: saw the problem after 1 week → delayed processing.
Wrong data: Irregular data input → wrong decision.
Meeting without action: Just look at the numbers, don't assign tasks.
