TL;DR
- Quick response — customers wait and go.
- Ask 2-3 questions to understand your needs, don't rush to sell.
- Advise on the right products according to budget/needs.
- Remove price barriers with value.
- Close when the customer is "hot" — don't let it cool.
Step 1: Respond quickly
Target response in 1-2 minutes — Zenify averages 1.2 seconds.
Customer asked to wait for a long time → buy somewhere else.
Use chatbot to answer immediately, transfer people when needed (see Chatbot to close orders).
Step 2: Ask the right questions, understand the needs
"Which package are you interested in? What are your budget and main needs?"
Ask 2-3 questions: needs, budget, target audience.
Correct understanding → correct advice → quick closing.
Sell quickly without understanding → customers are confused and do not buy.
Step 3: Advise on the right product
Suggest 1-2 products that match your needs - do not list the whole list.
State the benefits in accordance with customer needs (see Sales consulting).
Don't "push" the most expensive product — customers are afraid.
Step 4: Remove price barriers
Barriers | How to handle
| "Too expensive" | Compare value: which package is cheaper?
"Is there a reduction" | State current offer + conditions
"Somewhere else is cheaper" | Point out differences, warranty, support
| "Let me think" | If you have any questions, don't "say yes" and let go
Step 5: Handle confused customers
Ask "What are you still confused about?" — don't keep quiet.
Explain with practical examples.
Provide commitment: return and warranty to give customers peace of mind (see Return process).
Step 6: Closing at the right time
Customer closes → confirms immediately, gets delivery information (see Order tracking).
Don't let customers "leave it for tomorrow" — tomorrow they'll buy it somewhere else.
After closing, send clear confirmation: product, price, delivery time.
Errors kill orders
Late response — customer has left.
Ask too little or too much — misinterpretation or customer fatigue.
Pushing expensive products — customers are afraid to leave.
Let guests "think" without getting stuck.
Do not close when the customer is hot.
