Late orders without notice is the fastest way to lose trust - customers wait without knowing anything, ask questions but no one answers, receive goods late in frustration. Proactive warning: apology, short reason, clear timeline, reasonable compensation — turn "late" into "they handle it professionally". Zenify recorded a 21% increase in conversion rate (approved).
TL;DR
- Being late without notice = losing trust the fastest.
- Report earlier than customers ask.
- Xin lỗi + lý do ngắn + thời gian mới rõ.
- Reasonable compensation soothes customers.
- Track until delivery.
Why must we proactively notify in advance?
Late arrivals are accepted if informed in advance and clearly at the time**.
Customers are upset when they are "left" without trust.
Customers ask "where is the order?" a lot = you are late with information.
A well-handled delay makes the customer even more valuable.
When is notice required?
Situation | When reporting
Know in advance that you will be late | As soon as you know — don't wait for an appointment
Missed transaction | During the day, before the appointment time
Out of stock | As soon as discovered
Transport problems | As soon as I receive news from the shipping company
Principle: If you notify earlier, the customer must ask.
